Darshan Desai
Founder, Reinfera
Darshan Desai is the founder of Reinfera, an AI-powered workflow software platform for service businesses. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise product, business systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
Before founding Reinfera, Darshan worked at Robert Half, where she helped lead transformation across Salesforce, self-service platforms, identity, marketing technology, analytics, and integrated recruiting workflows.
She founded Reinfera to make advanced operational technology accessible to small and midsize businesses. Reinfera connects with tools such as Google Workspace and turns business data into structured, reviewable workflows across payments, leads, attendance, and customer communications—without requiring businesses to replace their existing systems.
At Reinfera, Darshan leads product strategy, workflow design, customer discovery, platform development, and execution. Her vision is for Reinfera to become a trusted software layer through which small businesses can deploy and govern AI-powered operational workflows.
