What is deterministic vs AI-assisted
Reinfera starts with structured, repeatable workflow logic—not open-ended autonomy.
- Deterministic rules apply thresholds, statuses, mappings, freshness checks, and policy settings you configure (for example who is unpaid, which absences trigger a notice, or which deadline is overdue).
- AI assistance is used selectively where it helps prepare or prioritize work—under the same policies, approvals, and human review. Reinfera is not a Gemini wrapper and does not claim every Google enterprise AI product is integrated today.
What you see after a run
After a workflow runs, owners typically see a run summary or workflow result, plus drafts in Inbox when communication is prepared. You can edit, approve, reject, or send using the configured path. Source freshness stays visible, and supported automated delivery is never enabled without an owner choosing it for that workflow. Drafts, sends, decisions, and follow-up remain reviewable.
